Located atop a rocky knoll overlooking the Napa Valley, the site design for this winery is inspired by Italian hill town imagery. Stone walls enclose a cobbled plaza providing an area for outdoor winery events. The trellised terrace, a shaded respite from the afternoon sun, is used for wine tasting and small gatherings. Sited at the base of the hill, a larger production facility is surrounded by an oak woodland landscape. Garden courts are designed for both trade events and every day employee use.
