An outdoor terrace creates a new wine tasting venue, a flexible space for both everyday use and special events. Board-form concrete and stone form the walls and a bosque of pistache trees provides a leafy ceiling for this outdoor room. Views open on to the adjacent concert lawn and to the surrounding vineyards. A linear fountain animates the space while the fireplace provides a warm glow for evening gatherings. Wood salvaged from the winery's oak barrels was milled and incorporated into the design of the tasting bar, enhancing the terrace's intimate atmosphere.
